Universal Solutions International Inc. (USI) has been awarded a task order by Project Manager Close Combat Systems (PM CCS) on behalf of the United States Army and the United States Marine Corps for Contractor Logistic Support for PM CCS programs. USI currently provides the War Fighter technical and support services for the following programs:
- Handheld Initiates (HHI) Systems
- Area Denial Systems
- Husky Mounted Detection Systems
Major support areas include system integration/installation, fielding, retrograde support, transportation, training to include site preparation, documentation updates, customer support, inspection and maintenance (defined as repair, rebuild, parts replacement, and troubleshooting) as applied to hardware, software, firmware and logistics support, and the associated support tasks such as program management, administration support, inventory management, quality management and interface with other Government and Contractor personnel.
PM CCS provides the Warfighter with world-class close combat, force protection and assured mobility capabilities across full spectrum operations through professional, integrates Joint life-cycle management. The PM is committed to helping our Soldiers maintain freedom to move on the battlefield by developing and supporting technologically advanced Networked Munitions, Countermine, EOD equipment, IED Defeat, Demolitions, Non-Lethal Systems and Munitions, and special projects.
USI is recognized for its proven and demonstrated material acquisition expertise as a professional services provider for program management, system engineering, and integrated logistic requirements across the federal agencies.
