Universal Solutions International, Inc. Awarded End User Information Technology Support Services Contract – Central Southern Region, Defense Logistics Agency

Universal Solutions International Inc. (USI) has been awarded a contract by the Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) on behalf of the Directorate of Information Operations (J6). USI will support DLA J6 by providing End User Information Technology (IT) support services. Besides DLA, user population includes Department of Defense (DoD), contractor entities and the activities that these organizations support on DLA operated facilities.
USI’s services and support will be focused primarily on the users that are located in the Central-Southern Region area and four subsets of that region; Oklahoma City, OK, Red River Army Depot, San Antonio and Corpus Christi, TX. USI will ensure that all customers, whether in the defined service area, teleworking, working remotely, or at another duty location receive the highest quality service and support.
USI will support the information operations stakeholder integrated services, customer support and readiness (J63A) office and is responsible for providing enterprise IT helpdesk and desktop level end user support functions.
The Defense Logistics Agency provides worldwide logistics support for the missions of the Military Departments and the Unified Combatant Commands under conditions of peace and war. In support of DLA’s mission, DLA Information Operations, J6, is the Agency’s knowledge broker, providing comprehensive, best practice IT support to the DoD and DLA business community resulting in high quality information systems, customer support, efficient and economical computing, data management, and telecommunication services.
USI is recognized for its proven and demonstrated material acquisition expertise as a professional services provider for Cyber Security program management, system engineering, and logistic requirements across the federal agencies. USI supports the federal government at large and is currently serving multiple federal agencies in mapping solutions to requirements, solving their toughest problems in requirement definition, concept development, architecture, material development, capability demonstration, and technology transition.
